Often times, our available stock ships within 24 hours of your order placement, and we work with you throughout the delivery process to keep you abreast of your package’s delivery progress.

What is my shipping cost estimate?

The good news is that most Autostacker shipments come with FREE SHIPPING. All shipping costs are pre-paid to freight carriers across the continental United States. Sometimes additional fees are added to residential and/or rural areas. Other fees include, but are not limited to, service fees for deliveries requiring the use of a lift gate service, user-end delays and call-ahead confirmation services.

If you are receiving your order outside the continental United States (48-states), please call or email our international customer service department to learn about our special rates. Shipping, handling and delivery charges are always subject to change without notice.

"Accessory only" or "service parts orders" shipments do not usually qualify for free shipping. These shipments are charged per piece for freight delivery, based on package weight and shipping location.

Because estimates are based on your delivery address, we use your address to select the freight carrier from our nationwide carrier network to get you the best rates and fastest service. If you prefer a carrier other than the one Autostacker selects, you may have to pay additional freight fees when you place your order.

Privacy & Security

Autostacker’s privacy policy is based on United States laws. We do this because our website traffic data tells us that the vast majority of our customers are from the United States. International visitors to our website should be aware that our Privacy Policy may not conform to the laws and privacy regulations of their specific nations, and these users should review our Privacy Policy with great attention to detail in order to be clear about how we use personal information. (Any information provided that can be used by Autostacker to contact or identify you should be considered Personally Identifiable Information.)

Each individual user is responsible for protecting his or her identity, including the following forms of I.D.: name, street address, email address, photographs, credit card numbers, phone numbers, age, race, gender, country, state, city, social security number or state I.D., driver’s license, license plate or vehicle identification number, school or workplace, PIN numbers, fingerprints, handwriting, signature and miscellaneous digital verification.

Replacements & Returns

Autostacker has standard return policies applicable to all shipments, which sometimes includes restocking fees. Original cartons and packaging materials must be kept by the buyer, and our Customer Service department must be contacted within 10 days from the date of the invoice prior to returning any product to the manufacturer. Custom/special orders cannot be returned for refund or credit.

The recipient of the delivery is responsible for checking cartons for damage or missing parts. At the time of delivery, all cartons should be opened and inspected for any obvious problems. If the carrier leaves and damage is discovered at a later time, the buyer must keep all packaging materials and contact customer service at 1-888-977-8225 or email us at hello@autostacker.com.

Sales Tax

California is the only state that has an applicable sales tax on shipments. Please note that if you are delivering to a California address, even if you select an out-of-state carrier, you will still have to pay the tax. Autostacker takes no responsibility for state sales tax reporting laws as they pertain to web orders. Please review your state’s laws and regulations before ordering. Tax-exempt customers should send us a signed copy of their tax exemption certificate.

Currency

All prices presented throughout our online store are in United States dollars (USD). U.S. orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes at checkout if applicable.

International Orders

Autostacker does not reduce our package value or ship packages as gifts. Import fees on any delivery are to be paid solely by the buyer. International orders may require additional fees upon delivery, such as duties and taxes pertaining to country-specific import customs. Such charges are not part of the listed price of Autostacker as seen on Autostacker.com or quoted by one of our sales representatives. As the importer of record, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to comply with his or her local laws and customs surrounding applicable taxes associated with international deliveries. Your local customs office can provide the best estimates and information about taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery. Please note that because all transactions are completed in USD, some international financial institutions will charge exchange fees when processing international payments.

View Orders

If you would like to view the status of your order(s), including those past and pending, click the My Account icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Log in to your account using your email address as your username. By doing so, you will be able to view, print and track any orders in your account.

Update Account Information

If you need to update your current account information, click the My Account icon at the top-right of your screen, enter your login information and find the Account Information link that appears on the sidebar menu. Click there and you’ll be able to edit your personal and payment information.
