Placing an Order

Ordering online is fast, easy, and convenient. If you need help placing your order, contact us! We're available Monday-Friday, 7am to 4:30pm PST.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards below including PayPal. You may also choose to finance your purchase through Synchrony Car Care at checkout. Personal checks, money orders, and COD payments are not accepted at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?

Similar to most online stores, your credit card or other form of payment will be charged at the time you place your order.

How do I redeem a special promotion?

Occasionally, Autostacker offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a promo or coupon code at checkout. If you have a promo code, please enter the code on the shopping cart page.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax may be added to domestic shipments. Individual state tax rates, if applicable, will be applied with respect to the destination state of the shipment, even if order is placed through an out-of-state dealer. Sales tax will be added to all California orders. If you are a tax-exempt customer, you will be required to send us a signed copy of your tax exemption certificate.

I thought you said "Free Shipping"... what gives?

Why am I being charged for delivery options?

Even though free shipping applies to most domestic orders, in some cases accessorial charges may apply for specialized freight services beyond normal pick up, transport, and delivery. All Autostacker domestic dealers will be responsible for paying accessorial charges relating to their orders. Accessorial fees may apply to each domestic order and can be added at the time of placing your order.

Change Fees

You're ordering heavy equipment and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What are order change fees?

Your order goes from Pending to Pick to Shipped stages. Our internal processes are designed to take as little steps to get your equipment out the door and delivered to you. Making changes to your order after it has been moved to Pick stage may disrupt this flow and cause us to add an order change fee to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your equipment purchase, but in case you're not satisfied, there are important steps you must take before you return your order.

Our limited return and exchange policy allows you to return defective or incorrect merchandise for a full or partial refund of your order. All returned merchandise requires authorization. Contact our service representatives for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Credit will not be issued unless authorization to return merchandise has been received.

For all merchandise returned to Autostacker for reasons other than for a warranty claim, a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be in their original box or crating and must include all packing material, manuals and all accessories. At our discretion, an additional restocking fee may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box, or is missing packing material, manuals, or any accessories.
